- If the product was damaged or not the correct product then please send us an email with the pictures of the product. Returns are subjected to our 30-days policy.
- Returns once approved must be in the original packaging, which includes the gift box and/or pouch, as well as the free gifts and accessories received with the purchase.
- Once your returned product was approved, it will be credited to your original form of purchase.
- We reserve all rights to not grant the return based on the case assessment. Our decision on this matter is final and no exchange or returns will be granted.
